- How long is the trial?
- 7 days on every paid tier. After that, PipelineSentry stops watching. There is no surprise charge — you convert to paid by clicking the button on /account, or close the trial with no action.
- After the trial, what gets billed?
- The full $49 / month Pro plan we ship today — conversion is tier-agnostic on the wire. If you've locked in the early-bird rate, your first three months are charged at the discounted rate instead. We never auto-renew — close the trial at any time.
- What does the early-bird offer cover?
- The first 50 customers to convert to the Pro plan pay $29 / month for their first three billing cycles, then standard pricing kicks in. No code, no negotiation — pick Pro and convert inside the discount window.
- Can we get a refund?
- Yes. If the trial didn't show you a measurable reduction in incident time-to-resolve in the first month of paid usage, drop us a note — we'll refund the month, no questions.
- What does "policy-driven auto-fix" mean?
- You define a per-environment policy of which categories are safe to auto-merge (tags like "NSG drift", "secrets rotation"). Everything else becomes a reviewable PR. Every action is logged.
- How is Enterprise different from Pro?
